KATE ARDEN MCMULLEN is the Managing Editor of Hub City Press. She was born and raised in piedmont North Carolina. She received her MFA in fiction from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her fiction has appeared in Ninth Letter, BULL, Carve Magazine, The Boiler, Foglifter, The Pinch, and Reckon Review, among other outlets. A Best of the Net and Pushcart nominee, she lives in Upstate South Carolina with her spouse and their dog.
